Pain Treatment

01 Pain Treatment
Pain refers to any unpleasant sensory and/or emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage. Pain is the most common reason for patients to seek physician consultation in the US. It is a major symptom in many medical conditions and can significantly impact a person’s quality of life and general functioning. The International Association for the Study of Pain uses five categories to classify pain: duration and severity, anatomical location, body system involved, cause, and temporal characteristics.
02 Pain Durations
Regarding duration, pain that lasts a long time is called chronic; pain that arises suddenly but is of short duration is called acute.
03 Scalp Acupuncture
Scalp acupuncture has been proven to be the most effective technique to remove a wide range of pain.
